- Tools and techniques to practise between sessions
- Invoices for insurers (I work with a variety of insurers)
- Collaborative, regular reviews of the work

Payment & cancellation
You can book through my own enquiry form or via HelloSelf, where I’m also listed.
Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Later cancellations are charged in full.
Some insurers cover therapy. I can provide invoices.
